The Process

Step 1: Decide on a painting style and medium that will best bring to life your vision.

The best way to decide the painting style and medium is to discuss your idea of painting with me and then I can suggest you various options.

Step 2: Decide on a painting size.

Once you decide on your style and medium, the next step is picking the size of the artwork. Before commissioning, unless it’s a gift, I recommend visualizing where you want the piece to go. Make room on your gallery wall, or create a space in your home for the new art to be the stand-out piece. Photographing the space and reviewing it with me can be helpful.

Step 3: Finalize the contract

The contract contains pricing, timelines, revisions, contact information, and a copyright/liability agreement. At this point, 50% of the agreed price is expected to be paid. This will help me cover the initial expenses for the material as well as show your commitment to own the artwork.

Step 4: Halfway Revision

I shall show you the work in progress at about halfway. This will be a great opportunity for you to visualize the final piece and offer any revisions or additions, if possible. Above all, it will surely fire up your excitement!

Step 5: Final Delivery and Payment

Once the artwork is complete, I shall share its picture with you. Once I receive the final payment, I shall ship it or you can collect it as per our agreed terms in the contract.

Wait Times

Waiting times can vary depending on workload. Christmas orders should be booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Payment Modes

You can choose from various payment options, including Revolut and Paypal.

Copyrights

Even when you’ve purchased a piece of artwork, I still retain legal rights. If there’s a reason why you don’t want the art piece to be featured on my website or portfolio (for example, because it’s a very private portrait of your loved one or a portrait of your house) make sure to state that in the contract.
