Terms of Participation

  1. These terms of participation apply to all Priyanka Mittal Paintings classes and workshops which run for students and students applied for and consented to by the parent or guardian. Priyanka Mittal Paintings reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as the situation arises.
  2. Priyanka Mittal Paintings reserves the right to exclude/refuse students from classes, for reasons of unsuitability, disciplinary or other at our own discretion.
  3. Priyanka Mittal Paintings reserves the right to make changes to the schedule. If the schedule is changed during the course of a term and it doesn’t suit any student, then a refund will be offered.
  4. SICKNESS or PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: If you miss one or more session during the term due to sickness or holidays, you will still need to pay for the sessions as the space has been held for you. So you will not be entitled to a fee reduction or credit for the missed classes.
  5. MAKE UP SESSIONS: Due to the nature of the programme there are no make-up classes or credits. If you advise us at least 7 days in advance of a course class being missed and if a spot is available in another class, we may be able to offer an optional make up session. The request may only be fulfilled one time during the term. This may not always be possible if all our classes are full, but we do try our best as a goodwill gesture.
  6. We value punctuality and kindly request that you ensure your child arrives on time for their scheduled classes. Please also make sure to pick them up promptly at the end of class as we cannot extend the session. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule.

  7. Your child will not be permitted to leave the premises until a recognised family member, friend or child minder is there to collect them. Please inform us if you wish to make alternative arrangements or wish your child to walk home.
  8. Students participate at the parent/guardian’s own risk and are obliged to inform Priyanka Mittal Paintings and its staff of any existing significant medical conditions, allergies or special needs.
  9. Each student is responsible for their personal belongings. Any damage or Loss incurred while on the premises is not the responsibility of Priyanka Mittal Paintings.
  10. Each student will be held responsible for any intentional damage incurred to any goods, equipment or property on the premises and will be responsible for reimbursing the amount for the damage.
  11. Priyanka Mittal Paintings review their fees annually in September.
