Refund Policy

Priyanka Mittal Paintings has a very simple and straightforward refund policy, which is built on mutual respect and commitment. Here are the simple refund rules.

Cancellation by You

  1. My workshops and classes are only small, with up to 10 students. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that I fill  spaces. I trust you understand that I must commit to each class and cannot cancel for any reason without having to reimburse your money. That is why I give voice to the same mutual respect for your attendance.
  2. However, I allow cancellation of a class or workshop in writing for up to four weeks before commencement. A full refund will be provided for payments made in Cash or Revolut. For the payments made through the website, administrative charges will be deducted. In the case of Eventbrite, the ticketing fees will be deducted.
  3. All cancellations less than four weeks and more than two weeks before the start of the course will not be entitled to a refund. You will be offered a transfer of your booking to another term within three months from the scheduled start of the course. Alternatively, you can transfer your class to someone else who can pay you for the class.
  4. No refunds/credits/transfers will be issued for cancellations within two weeks before start of a class term/ workshop or after term commencement.

Cancellation by Us

  1. All our courses /classes /workshops have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if numbers are insufficient. You will be offered full refund, credit note or transfer of booking as per your choice.
  2. If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the class missed will be added to the term.
